Wafer sorting is a high performance, high stability and high output wafer sorting machine independently developed and manufactured by our company. Manually place 1 Cassette with 6 or 8 inch wafer and 5 empty open cassette into the Port specified by the device. The wafer can be guided to the specified position by manual or automatic mode.
